By accessing the portal, vendors agree to comply with these terms.
Electronic submission through the portal is considered legally valid and binding.
Vendors are responsible for ensuring correct and complete uploads before the deadline.
SeSTA is not responsible for submission failure due to connectivity or technical issues.
Misrepresentation or fraudulent submissions may lead to disqualification and legal action.
SeSTA reserves the right to reject bids without liability.
SeSTA reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, withdraw, modify, postpone, or re-issue any tender at any stage of the procurement process without assigning any reason.
SeSTA may decide to re-tender the requirement if:
Any such action shall not entitle bidders to claim any compensation, damages, or reimbursement of costs incurred for participation in the tender process.
Inspection, rejection, return, or replacement of goods supplied by the selected bidder shall be governed strictly by the specifications, quality standards, and conditions mentioned in the respective tender document and purchase order.
In case goods are found damaged, defective, short supplied, or not meeting required standards, SeSTA reserves the right to reject the materials and require replacement as per the tender terms.
