All payments towards Tender Fee and Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) are accepted only through online mode.
Standard payment gateway processing charges along with applicable GST are deducted at the time of the transaction.

SeSTA receives only the net amount after deduction of payment gateway charges.
Tender Fee is non-refundable under all circumstances including withdrawal of bid, disqualification, cancellation, postponement, or re-tendering.
Payment gateway charges deducted during the transaction will not be reimbursed.
EMD of unsuccessful bidders will be refunded after completion of the tender process.
Refund will be limited to the net amount received after deduction of payment gateway charges.
EMD of the successful bidder will be released after satisfactory completion of the contract.
EMD may be forfeited in case of withdrawal of bid, failure to sign contract, refusal to honour quoted price, or failure to deliver materials within agreed timeline.
