No Returns or Exchanges
As this portal is used solely for procurement and tendering purposes, it does not support customer returns, exchanges, or cancellations applicable to e-commerce platforms.
Procurement & Contractual Conditions
Any rejection or replacement of materials will occur only under contractual procurement terms and tender specifications after inspection by SeSTA.
Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors cannot initiate returns of supplied goods unless specifically instructed by SeSTA under contractual obligations.
