Shipping Policy

This policy outlines delivery and logistics responsibilities under the SeSTA Procurement Portal.

Not an E-Commerce Platform
This portal is a procurement and tender submission platform and not an e-commerce marketplace. Standard courier shipping, order tracking, or consumer shipping services are not applicable.
Delivery Conditions
Delivery of goods shall take place only after issuance of a Purchase Order and shall be governed strictly by the terms of the tender, contract agreement, and purchase order issued by SeSTA.
Vendor Logistics Responsibility
All logistics, transportation, loading/unloading, insurance, and delivery arrangements are the sole responsibility of the selected vendor as per the tender terms.
